Homestay House Rules :-
- Guests are reminded to keep the cleanliness of the homestay.
- Guests are reminded to switch off the air-cond. when leaving the homestay.
- Kindly take care of the utilities when using equipments, features and facilities
of the homestay.
- No pets allowed.
- No illegal activities allowed.
- Kitchen utensils provided, only light cooking allowed.
- Children below 12yrs must be accompany by guardian/parent at all time.
- Penalty of RM100 will be charge, if lost of the access card.
- Security deposit of RM250 will be collected upon check-in and returned upon
check-out time to protect against damages or missing items.
- Cancellation must be made 7 days before check-in ~ 50% will refund, or/else
non-refundable will be made.
